Emails¶

Budhil sends the transactional emails your store needs — order confirmations, and abandoned-cart recovery — branded as your store, with no setup required.

Branded automatically¶

Your emails carry a header with your store name (or logo) and tagline, pulled from your branding settings. Set your logo and tagline once and every email matches your store.

Check what's being sent¶

The Email section in your admin shows a log of messages your store has sent (or, in demo mode before everything's live, what would be sent). Use it to confirm an order confirmation or recovery email went out and to preview the content.

Make sure they land¶

Send yourself a test order and confirm the confirmation email arrives in a real inbox — not spam. See the go-live checklist.
Keep your tagline and from-name clear and recognisable; vague senders get filtered.

Newsletter signups

The Newsletter block collects subscriber emails on your storefront. Subscribers are stored for you to export and use with your email tool of choice.
