Abandoned carts

Most shoppers who add to cart don't check out the first time. Budhil helps you win some of them back — automatically.

How it works

When a shopper enters their email at checkout but doesn't complete the order, Budhil records the cart as abandoned. A little while later it can send a recovery email reminding them what they left behind, with a link straight back to their cart.

You'll find these under Carts in your admin.

Make recovery work harder

  • A clear product image and an easy link back are most of the battle — both are built in.
  • Pair it with a small discount ("here's 10% to finish up") for a stronger nudge.
  • Make sure your order emails are arriving (not in spam) so recovery emails land too.

Privacy & sending limits

Recovery only happens when a shopper voluntarily gave their email during checkout, and sends are rate-limited to stay respectful (and out of spam folders).
