Collections¶

Collections group your products so shoppers can browse by type — Coffee, Brew gear, Bags, and so on.

How collections are formed¶

A product's category decides its collection. Set the category on each product (see Products & variants), and Budhil automatically:

Lists it under that collection at /collections/<name>.
Offers the collection in your store's navigation dropdown.
Lets you feature collections on the home page with the Collections block in the editor.

Keep category names consistent — "Coffee" and "coffees" become two different collections.
A handful of clear collections beats a long, thin list. Start broad; split later as your range grows.
Use the Collections block on your home page to send shoppers straight into your best categories.

Filtering & sorting

Shoppers can sort within a collection. Advanced facet filtering (by price, availability) is on the roadmap — check release notes for updates.
